Description campsite
Not far from the Nuremberg - Munich motorway, the AZUR Camping is located directly on the Auwald Lake, which is sometimes called "the Blue Lagoon" by AZUR guests because of its color and shape. Here, water lovers of all ages will feel right at home boating, swimming, fishing and splashing around. There are a lot of excursions available from here: the nearby Altmühltal Nature Park, the old town of Ingolstadt with its beautiful beer gardens and interesting museums, but also well-known excursion destinations on the Danube, such as the Befreiungshalle in Kelheim or a visit to the Audi factory are just a few of the things you can explore here. After a busy day, you and your family should definitely spend a few hours of fun and relaxation in the Donauthermen »Wonnemar« and enjoy one of the many attractions, such as the slides, the sauna area, the health spa with Thalasso water landscape or the massage pools. This city really has a lot to offer! Brand new at AZUR are the wine barrels, which you can now book at our campsite.
