Description campsite
The Felbermühle campsite is located near Neustadt an der Donau, on the edge of a nature reserve and directly on the Danube cycle path. The area appears particularly idyllic because a large part of the square is located on an island in the Abens River. Small hedges between the plots ensure privacy on the more than 70 pitches, which are about 100 square meters in size. In addition, each pitch has an electricity connection and a connection to the water supply. In 2013, a new sanitary building was built: This houses showers, wash cubicles and open washing areas and also a washing machine and a tumble dryer are located here. This building also offers space for a scullery and a lounge. Drinks, fresh bread rolls and newspapers can also be purchased directly on site, while a restaurant and the nearest grocery store are about one kilometer away. The Limes Therme Bad Gögging is also within walking distance, while other excursion destinations in the surrounding area - such as the Hundertwasser Tower in Abensberg - can be easily reached by bike or car in a short time.
