Surrounded by untouched nature, the very idyllic campsite is located in the middle of the recreational area of the Altötting district. Located directly on the bathing lake and between green orchards, the site offers rest and relaxation for the whole family. But active holidaymakers will also get their money's worth here.
The campsite
The camping area nestles gently on a slope below the forest between green meadows with old fruit trees and the Marktl bathing lake below. A typical farmer's garden and colorful flowers decorate the courtyard driveway, which leads to the flat area behind the farm.

Sheep, chickens, cats and a beautiful new natural playground delight children's hearts. Meanwhile, parents can do something good for themselves in the Kneipp pool with herb garden .
The Baier family has also received the "ECOCAMPING Environmental Management" award for their idyllic campsite. Daily drinks and bread roll service are a matter of course in this little holiday paradise.

Experience the surroundings
The campsite at Marktler Badesee welcomes its guests to the pilgrimage site and birthplace of Pope Benedict XVI. The ducal town of Burghausen, with the longest castle in the world, is also just a stone's throw away. The beautiful old town of Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee (each 60 km away) also make for exciting day trips.
In addition to various hiking and walking options, the Traun and Inn Valley cycle paths also offer varied excursion destinations for active holidaymakers.
