Description campsite

In Uffenheim, Franconia, south of Würzburg, a family runs the official campsite of the small town of 6,000 inhabitants. On several meadows in the middle of a light forest area there are places in the sun as well as in partial shade - almost all with their own power connections. In a small, sunny beer garden on gravel ground, typical Franconian dishes as well as snacks and drinks are on offer. In addition, a barbecue area has been set up where you can prepare your own food. A playground with a sandpit and other play equipment will delight little guests at the campsite in Uffenheim. The highlight for camping guests of all ages is the outdoor pool directly adjacent to the camping site with a 50-metre pool, slide, massage jets and a large, shallow children's area. Sports enthusiasts can let off steam on the beach volleyball court. The area around Uffendorf also offers many attractions for young and old: a climbing park, a go-kart track, a Playmobil park, the opportunity to go canoeing and cycling through nature, and a visit to the historic town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber are just some of the various excursion destinations in the Franconian region.
