Description campsite

The Holderbach campsite is located in the tranquil little town of Mehlmeisel east of Bayreuth in the middle of the Fichtel Mountains. The area is quiet and flat in the middle of a forest. In addition to numerous pitches for your own tents and caravans, you can also rent stationary and fully furnished caravans on the Holderbach campsite grounds. With a toilet, television, microwave, cooking utensils and more, these offer comfortable camping facilities. Washing machines and dryers, a dishwashing kitchen and a common room with television are centrally available to all users of the campsite. The location of the campsite in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge offers good opportunities for beautiful hikes or bike tours. Small mountains such as the Ochsenkopf and the Schneeberg are nearby, as is the tree-lined Fichtelsee. In addition, just a few kilometers from the campsite there is a local recreation center with a game reserve, forest museum, Kneipp facility and children's playground. Younger guests don't miss out on the campsite itself either: a large playground with a trampoline, swing, slide and sandpit invites them to let off steam. Sports enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy a table tennis table.
