Description campsite

The 22,500 square meter Weißenstadt campsite is located directly on a 50 hectare recreational lake. There are around 200 pitches spread across the site, which is open all year round and is quiet and partly shady. The sanitary facilities were completely renovated in 2009 and include hot water showers, individual washing cubicles and dishwashing sinks. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a drain for chemical toilets. Camping guests can also use a managed common room or eat at the Stadtbad restaurant, which is also located on the campsite. This not only offers good, home-style cooking and coffee and cake in the afternoon, but also often hosts barbecue evenings. Not only in summer does life primarily take place on and around the Weißenstädter Lake, which is only a few minutes' walk away: This invites you to swim, surf and sail or to relax on the large lawn on the shore. Also in close proximity to the campsite, holidaymakers will find an outdoor swimming pool, fishing opportunities and tennis courts. Or you can enjoy the beneficial effects of massages, beauty treatments or spa baths in the local spa centre.
