Description campsite
Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy the Staffelsee right on your doorstep: The family-run Aichalehof campsite is located directly on the western shore of the Staffelsee in a protected landscape area in the Bavarian Alpine foothills. The natural setting, the personal atmosphere and the direct access to the lake make it the ideal place for relaxing holidays.
The large, private sunbathing lawn by the lake is partially covered with trees and offers shady spots even on warm days. The bank slopes only gently – ideal so that children can safely splash around in the shallow water. Lake Staffelsee also invites visitors to paddle, sail, surf and fish.
The on-site bistro with adjoining beer garden serves a variety of food and drinks. The kiosk sells ice cream and fresh bread rolls daily.
Two modern and clean sanitary facilities offer pretty much everything you need for camping, as well as a baby changing room with bathtub, dishwashing kitchens with kettle and microwave, washing machines and dryers, and a freezer for storing ice packs. A dog shower is also available.
The beautiful landscape of the Alpine foothills and the adjacent unique moorland invite you to go hiking and cycling. Whether with motorhome, caravan, tent or boat: At Aichalehof guests will find nature, relaxation and everything that makes for a relaxing camping holiday.
