Spa camping in the Bavarian State SpaThe Bad Kissingen camping park, which has 100 pitches, is located, partly framed by the Saale, directly opposite the beautiful spa gardens in the immediate vicinity of the city center. The historic and probably most famous German spa town offers its guests a variety of attractions. The spa town is a Bavarian state spa, the oldest graduation site in Europe and has the oldest golf course in Bavaria (1911). Bad Kissingen has probably the largest ensemble of historic spa buildings, which were built around the spa gardens. Bad Kissingen is one of eleven traditional European spa towns that are seeking UNESCO World Heritage status as the "Great Spas of Europe".
The largest promenade hall in Europe, the magnificent Regentenbau, the beautiful rose garden and arcade building including the spa gardens and the no less famous Bad Kissingen casino are just a few examples. Whether listening to a concert by "Kissinger Sommer" or immersing yourself in the 7000 m² KissSalis thermal baths - everyone gets their money's worth here!
Bad Kissingen owes its reputation as a "world spa", where tsars and kings met for treatment, to its seven healing springs.
