Description campsite
At the southeast end of Lake Starnberg, in Bavaria, lies the campsite "Beim Fischer".
Lake fishing has been practiced on the property for several generations. In 2000, the camping area was also newly built with its own bathing beach on the lake.
In addition to pitches for caravans, mobile homes and tents, the complex offers the possibility of renting holiday apartments and guest rooms.
Modern comforts include private power connections, handicapped-accessible facilities and a solar-heated sanitary building.
On the bathing area there is an entrance point for sailing boats, a surf school with surfboard rental, a children's playground and a kiosk with a beer garden.
The lake is shallow for over 100 m and is therefore ideal for younger guests to safely splash around in the water or play on the sandy shore.
In addition, there is a football and volleyball court and an all-weather curling rink on site.
Cyclists and hikers can explore the surroundings of the Alpine foothills on cycle and forest paths.
