The 5-star Gitzenweiler Hof camping park is located in the north of the Bavarian island town of Lindau, with short distances to green spaces amidst diverse natural surroundings. The old town and Lake Constance can be reached in just 10 minutes by car or conveniently by city bus. This makes the open-air hotel an ideal starting point for numerous attractions between Allgäu, Lake Constance, Austria, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Recharge your batteries in a beautiful region with numerous lakes, green hills and mountains. Recharge your energy by hiking or cycling, take a dip in the water (Note: the outdoor pool at GITZ is permanently closed) or enjoy the GITZ activity program for all generations.

Nature lovers, connoisseurs of culture and cuisine, as well as active holidaymakers and campers aged 55 and over use the idyllic setting outside of the Bavarian school holidays for their camping holiday. In the Lake Constance region, which borders four countries, things are generally a bit more tranquil during "Season B".
DISCOVER THE REGION
Day trips by bus and train are ideal for exploring Lake Constance and the adjacent Allgäu and Upper Swabia regions. With the guest card “Echt Bodensee Card”, these can be used free of charge throughout the entire Bodensee-Oberschwaben transport network. The Lindau city bus takes you directly from the Gitzenweiler Hof camping park to the four-country region.
CULINARY SPECIALTIES
After an eventful day, you can refuel at the Gitzenweiler Hof inn, the Ristorante Pizzeria Pinocchio or at Udo's grill hut. The GITZ supermarket offers everything for daily needs, with a wide range of products for self-caterers and a bottle of wine for a pleasant evening in front of your holiday home.

24/H PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF THE BORDER
Our motorhome pitches (motorhomes up to 7.5 m in length, max. 3.5t) in front of the barrier are accessible 24/7, but cannot be reserved. The infrastructure of the camping park (sanitary facilities, outdoor swimming pool, catering) can be used.
