Terms of use of the Bavarian State Association of the Camping Industry (Landesverband der Campingwirtschaft in Bayern eV) for the internet services it operates within the framework of the system “camping-bayern.info”.

1.      By using this service, you agree to the terms of use.

2.      These terms of use and disclaimers also apply as part of all those internet services of the Bavarian State Association of Camping Industry (Landesverband der Campingwirtschaft in Bayern eV) from which this page was linked.

3.      camping-bayern.info is generally available free of charge to both partners in the camping industry (hereinafter referred to as "operators") and visitors. 10.      Users guarantee that the content they submit is not confidential and does not violate applicable law. The Bavarian State Association of Camping Companies (Landesverband der Campingwirtschaft in Bayern e.V.) reserves the right – if legally necessary or advisable – to delete or modify content submitted by authors, in whole or in part, without notifying the user, while respecting copyright.

11. Significant portions of the content on this system are not managed editorially, but rather by operators or visitors. Illegal or offensive content can be quickly and easily reported to the editorial team via the system's built-in reporting system and will be deleted as soon as possible after editorial review. Please use the respective contact forms for this purpose. However, a complete and immediate review of all content (which is sometimes constantly changing) is not possible. The respective authors are responsible for the legality of their content.
